By submitting photos, videos and/or personal information (collectively, the "Materials"), I represent that the Materials provided are my own and I have the exclusive right to share such Materials and I hereby grant Bright Road Productions, Inc. and its licensees and assignees, the right to use such Materials to evaluate whether my story will appear on the television series, Phrogging: Hider in My House.
I understand and agree that I will not receive payment in exchange for the Materials and the Materials will not be returned to me. Nothing in these terms obligates Bright Road Productions, Inc. to review or use the Materials or exercise any of the rights granted by me.
